The 93-unit Atrium apartment complex has become one of Xanten's largest projects. The apartments range in size from 70 to 130 square meters and all have balconies, loggias, terraces or roof terraces, and some also have a garden. The target audience has been determined by the developer, so 95% of the apartments have been rented or sold already at the "box" stage. Often people who want to reduce costs in older age and who value location close to the city center are looking for apartments such as in the Atrium. All apartments are barrier-free and 42 apartments are even wheelchair accessible.
